Enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products such as YES Securities, Credit Card, Retail Assets products as per the profile & need of the customers.

Ensure query resolution of the customers by coordinating with service and operations team.Resolving all complaints received from preferred customers within the stipulated TAT’s.
