Duties and Responsibilities

Position Overview:

  • The Tele-caller – Outbound Sales role is a key position responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a customer-centric approach and a proven track record in outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outbound calling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.

Sales Pitch and Closing:

  • Deliver a compelling sales pitch to potential clients.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through successful lead conversion.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build rapport with clients and address their inquiries or concerns.
  • Provide information about products/services and assist in the resolution of issues.

Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on outbound call activities and sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improvement.


  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Sales or a related field is advantageous.
