Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities
    Managing Team Leaders & Team to meet KPI, business volumes – by improving contact ratio, activation level, lead conversion & campaign execution for revenue generation. Develops a long-range course of action or set of goals to align with the organization’s vision.
  • Core Responsibilities
    Data management – Collating & Executing Data campaigns , liaising with BI & sequencing out calling function. Responsible for cross sell of bank/third party products introduced and meeting business objectives. Capture Customer feedback and suggest areas of change to business& product team.
  • People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities
    Driving performance through balanced involvement of people.
  • Responsible for identification, selection and recruitment
    Making the team aware for Product , Process, Operations, Sales know how and driving brand awareness through communication of Yes Bank brand ,philosophy, identity and standards for representation. Understands the competencies relevant to his/her role, and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.
